How to install your skin in Minecraft Mobile (iOS/Android)

Minecraft on mobile (also known as Minecraft Pocket Edition or MCPE) is the Bedrock edition. You can install your skin directly from the game on your phone.

   Create and download your skin

   From your phone, create your skin on MakeSkins and download the .png file. Save it to your gallery or Files app.

   Open Minecraft

   Launch Minecraft on your iPhone or Android. Go to the main menu.

   Tap your profile

   Tap the character icon (top-left corner) or go to "Settings" → "Profile".

   Edit Character → Classic Skins

   Tap "Edit Character" → look for the "Classic Skins" tab (not the regular character creator).

   Choose your skin

   Tap "Choose new skin" → "Choose files" → navigate to the downloaded .png → select it.

   Confirm the model

   Choose between Steve (wide arms) or Alex (slim arms). Tap "Confirm". Done!
